MedMock maintains a strict no-refund policy once access has been granted, including if You choose not to use the platform, are dissatisfied with available questions, violate this Agreement, or cannot access the platform due to device, browser, or internet issues on Your end.

A refund may be considered only if MedMock cannot activate Your plan within 5 business days of confirmed payment, or if a technical failure on MedMock's end permanently prevents access for the entire plan duration and is not resolved within a reasonable time. Refund requests must be submitted to support@medmock.in within 7 days of the issue. MedMock's decision is final.

Users wishing to upgrade from a single-board Sprint plan to a multi-board plan may contact support. Any difference in fees is payable before upgrade activation.

  • MedMock does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any job alert.
  • MedMock is not affiliated with any recruitment board, government body, or employer featured in job alerts.
