Eligibility & Selection
Educational Qualification: SSC/10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with a minimum of 55% marks. Must also have an ITI certificate/National/State trade certificate, OR 2 years of full-time experience as an apprentice trainee, OR 3 years of work experience in the relevant discipline/trade.
Selection Process: The selection involves a trade test followed by a competitive written examination.
Exam Pattern: OMR Based or Computer Based Objective Type Multiple Choice Examination consisting of 150 questions to be completed in 2 hours and 30 minutes. It is divided into three papers: Paper-I: Mental Ability Test (50 questions, 100 marks, 1 hour). Paper-II: General Awareness (25 questions, 75 marks) and English Language (25 questions, 75 marks), 30 minutes. Paper-III: Concerned Subject (50 questions, 150 marks, 1 hour).
