Your data export comes first
We email an Excel copy to your verified registered address. The account is suspended only after that email is sent successfully.
- Access to tests, profile changes, purchases, and paid features stops immediately.
- You can sign in and cancel the request during the next 30 complete days.
- Permanent deletion begins on day 31. Legally required payment or dispute records may remain restricted.
- This request does not automatically create a subscription refund.
